In the chilly days of the past winter, I encountered a mentally challenged child. As a social worker, I could empathize with their struggles, and the meeting sparked a determination to do something for these children. I reached out to Imran Zabir, a compassionate and knowledgeable individual working as a Social Welfare Officer in a special education center.
Imran Zabir, with his humility and expertise, shared insights into the institution's workings, and his background in social work at the University of Baqai. During our conversation, he introduced me to the Deputy Director of the institution, and we discussed the organization's mission, challenges, and endeavors.
